OUR POLICIES

APPOINTMENTS
We gladly accept walk-ins however in order to avoid disappointment and wait times, we strongly recommend booking an appointment either via our website or by calling us. We require each client's full name and phone number and/or email address upon booking.

If you book a pedicure, weather-permitting, please make sure to bring flip flips or open shoes to prevent smudging. alternatively, we will apply oil and wrap your toes in plastic after a minimum of 15 min drying time to minimize smudging. 

APPOINTMENT ARRIVAL TIME
To ensure adequate preparation, completion of the required forms and a comfortable experience for our clients, we recommend you arrive 5 to 10 min prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible; a 15 min delay in arrival without notice will result in cancellation of the appointment and reassignment of the timeslot to a walk-in or next waiting list client.

LATE ARRIVAL
Since we don't double-book our staff, if you arrive late, your services will be modified according to the remaining time slot at the full service price. If we can no longer fit you in due to late arrival, your reservation will be considered a no-show and you will be responsible for the full service price. No compensations or replacements will be offered for the missed service(s).
 
If you have shellac or gel polish to remove, please make sure to book it so we can account for the required time.

NO-SHOWS & CANCELLATIONS
In the case of a no show or cancellation less than 24 hours in advance, our booking system will automatically block your account unless a valid credit card is provided to guarantee the next booking request.

Cancellation of single appointments with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service. Cancellations of single appointments within 2 hours, or no shows, will be charged the full amount.

GROUP & PEAK TIME BOOKINGS
For bookings of 2 people or more, or for weekend and/or peak time bookings, a valid credit card may be required to guarantee the reservation. A minimum 7-day notice will be required to make any changes or cancellations to the reservation, otherwise the full amount will be charged.

PRICING & REFUNDS
Except for damaged products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or credits for services, retail products or gift certificates. All sales are final. Loft Beauty Club reserves the right to change pricing for services or products without prior notice.
